Originality is no longer needed?
Analyzing today’s social scenario, this is the burning question comes to mind. Being original is less applauded. Why, yes, originality is very open, sincere and to the point. But imitations are manipulative and strategically well armed for impressing others. By 'Originality' I mean the ability to think independently; original ideas that naturally pops in one's mind. Originality is not much appreciated until you wear a mask and act like a “Guru”. Is it true that real leaders are rare to find now-a-days? But now-a-days so called leaders are only skin-deep; they believe in shallow words rather than powerful actions. Or are they insecure? They are concerned more about removing the “obstacles” from their path especially because they know how hard for them to fake “it”? In the end, I think I still believe in destiny and in the power of Truth. Real leaders are everywhere, waiting to be discovered! Just because the number of fakes are too many, we stumble upon them easily. Historians can never go wrong! Keep your faith! “The truth is rarely pure and never simple.” ― Oscar Wilde, The Importance of Being Earnest
